Happy Days

I have purposely put off disclosing the contents of my conversation with The Beast, because it reinforces the idea that both she, and I, are complete psychopaths.

Oh, and speaking of psychopaths, I watched a feature on serial killers last night, even though I knew I shouldn’t have. Unsurprisingly, I found myself clinging to Rey at 1:45 a.m., begging him to search the house; to which I received the response, “stop trying to wake me up” (followed by a "yell snore").

I’m a glutton for punishment. I think I like being terrified out of my mind. I can’t even leave my cube without my mace.

Everyone’s a suspect!

Did you happen to catch the part where they said 1 in every 100 people is a psychopath??? But for some reason choose not to commit murder! The world is a scary place. I won’t be able to stay home alone for months...

my wife is kind of a hypo' and i almost blame our television. She once saw a statistic about people who get worms or parasites, and afterword was conviced that she had all the symtoms. which turned out to be completely false, anyhow..
I find your whole blog completely fascinating. I've got a question for ya if you don't mind.

I'm not trying to be rude...
Do you receive messages from Psychologists trying to help your neurotic behavior?

Hey Rev.:
Personally, I find the internet to be more of a problem than TV. But too much information is definitely a factor. I read somewhere that being a hypochondriac is the only rational way to deal with life in today's pharmaceutical society.

And the short answer is no. I've never been contacted by a psychologist. I mostly seek out information on my own. Although, I've heard cognitive behavioral therapy has been a success for alot of hypos.

If you happen to be a psychologist, I'm all ears...

No I'm not a shink, i was just curious, I did re-post a little rant about cognative behavior theropy, but believe it or not, it was from an article i wrote a few years back, before it was popular and before i had ever heard of it.

Whatever, im not tryin' to "toot my own horn" i'm was still a little pissed, like my idea got ripped off or somthing.... because it was the same stuff i had been telling my wife, which she dismissed until Time magazine did a big write-up on the subject :)

then i was running around with the magazine yelling "see! see! i told you im not crazy, this shit works!"

I do love to talk about psychology and philosophy.
and Again i like your site, take care.
