Do today's duty, fight today's temptation; do not weaken yourself by looking forward to things you cannot see, and could not understand if you saw them. -Charles Kingsley

I haven't checked your blog in awhile (I guess that's a good thing?) but good to see you are still alive, hehe
How is the colon cancer going? Had any heart attacks lately? Great news you survived your mum's visit. My friend found a rubbery lymph node in her neck the other day while we were out running. She just goes "oh, wow, feel that, it's like a knot, must be getting a cold" and she's not mentioned it since. Why can't I be like that? I'd be, well it's too embarassing to say what I'd be doing. Anyways, happy holidays, as I think you say over there.
